    Enjoy the vendors on Beach Street and claim your complimentary beer after the race! The Beer Garden will open at 8:00am at San Francisco Brew Co upstairs in Ghirardelli Square. All 5K and Half Marathon participants 21+ can enjoy a post-race beer at SF Brew Co. A physical ID is required to enjoy a beverage at SF Brew Co, no exceptions. Last call at 10:45am.

Race Expo

Packet Pick-Up

All participants are required to pick up their race packets at the Race Expo, which is free and open to the public. Participants will pick up their race bib, event shirt, race tote bag, and other goodies including an exclusive runner discount at Sports Basement.

There is plenty of parking at Stonestown Galleria. If getting dropped off (Waymo, Uber & Lyft), use the designated mall drop-off at the Main East Mall Entrance on 20th Ave. and walk through the Galleria to get to the Sports Basement store entrance.

Can I pick up on race day?

Race Day packet pick-up is available for a fee. If you did not purchase at the time of registration, log into your Let's Do This account: 1. Manage your booking here then enter your booking reference. 2. From your dashboard, click 'Manage' next to your name. 3. Under 'Make Changes' click 'Purchase or view add-ons' to add Race Day Packet Pick Up to your registration. Need help finding your booking ID? Reach out to Let's Do This by clicking this link.

What to bring?

Can someone else pick up for me?

Yes, please send your proxy with a copy of driver's license (digital picture is OK) and your confirmation email to expedite the pick-up process. Proxies may only pick up packets for up to 3 people.

Can I change my race distance?

Yes, you may switch distances if there is still capacity. Please visit the Solutions Table at the Race Expo to make this request.

Gear Check
  • Opens at 5:30am – All items must be picked up before 10:30am.
  • Gear check will be located in the street near the intersection of Beach Street and Hyde Street.
  • This is the primary pre- and post-race staging area and is a short walk to the start line.
  • Gear check will not move during the race. Clear gear check bags will be provided on race day. You may also check your own bag, backpack, or smaller.
  • You cannot check luggage at Gear Check.
On Course Support
  • Aid stations will be located near the mile markers listed below.
  • There will be water and Gatorade Electrolytes provided at all aid stations:
  • Half Marathon – Miles 1.4, 3.7, 5, 7.2, 9, 11.7 [CONFIRM β€” Joe to verify the new aid station]
  • Honey Stinger Energy Chews will be provided on the half-marathon course at Mile 4 and 9.
  • Portable restrooms will be at each aid station.
Pacers

There will be pace groups from the Run Club SF in the half-marathon with the following goal finish times: [CONFIRM β€” Run Club SF again in 2026?] Half-marathon: 1:30, 1:45, 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, 2:45, 3:00

Course Time Limit

Half-Marathon: The half-marathon has a strict course time limit. In keeping with the guidelines of our race permit, there will be three course cut-offs that will be strictly enforced. Those maintaining an 18:32 minute-per-mile pace will complete the course without missing any course cut-off points. Please see below for the exact times and locations of the cut-offs.

  • Cut off #1: 8:17am – Must be to the Golden Gate Bridge east pedestrian path by this time to cross the bridge (just after the Mile 4 mark)
  • Cut off #2: 8:46am – Must be to the Vista Point cut-off by this time, otherwise participants will be detoured to the catwalk to reach the west side (just before the Mile 6 mark)
  • Cut off #3: 9:00am – Must be to the west-side of the bridge by this time, otherwise participants will be transported back to the south side of the bridge via shuttle (just after the Mile 7 mark)
Awards

The top 3 male, female, and non-binary finishers overall will receive an award. The top (1st) male, female, and non-binary finishers in each age group will receive an award. Please see the age groups below: Under 15, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+ Awards must be picked up on-site at the Awards table after the race. This will be located on Beach Street, across from Ghirardelli Square.

Beer Garden

All Half Marathon participants 21+ can enjoy a post-race beer in the Beer Garden at SF Brew Co (3150 Polk St. SF 94109, Ghirardelli Square). Please bring your ID if you would like to enjoy a beverage. Patrons without a valid, physical ID will not be allowed entrance into SF Brew Co. Last call at 10:45am.

Race Day VIP

Those that have paid for Race Day VIP access will be able to enjoy a private area at Broad Street Oyster in Ghirardelli Square beginning at 5:30am. One of the perks of Race Day VIP is race day bib pick-up which means that you can skip the Race Expo and go to VIP directly on race morning to pick-up your race number. Race Day VIP perks include private gear check, private restrooms, morning refreshments, lunch, and (2) additional complimentary beverages. Those that have paid for Race Day VIP will receive an email on Thursday with additional information about the VIP experience.
